The door didn’t close all the way, and you can see through it see the outside through the bottom of the door There were a song roaches the sheets was not. It was just a mess. Everything just disgusting.

Stayed less than 30 minutes. Roaches scattered, bedbugs were enormous. Returned my personal belongings to my car ASAP. Returned key to night shift clerk who indicated manager would refund in the a.m. Still no refund and no help from Expedia. Regret booking through Expedia and trusting their recommendation.

The location. Bug infested and it had a heavy smell of stale smoke.

Not at all as described or marketed. Grungy, more suited as a rental room by the hour that has actually a hotel. Absolutely do not recommend.

Free coffee. The Bed was comfortable but sheets dirty/stained. Full size Refrigerator and lots of storage places. The people at the front desk are not customer friendly. I asked them to print out my hotel receipt/folio. They told me that I could get it off-line. Come on people just print it out for me. I’m paying for the hotel room. I had to go back down to the office after I checked in and got the room key because the refrigerator was so dirty and had dark mold on the top and door and ask them to have someone clean it. I have pictures someone from management should reach out to me because my stay wasn’t what I deserve. Sheets dirty/stained. i’m doing you a favor and not post the pictures

Property was clean and convenient Water main had broken and there was no water over night and finally available in morning about 9 am. We had to check with front desk to ask about no water and get bottled water. We were not notified of issues nor offered a discount or refund.

The hotel had no running water, which was extremely inconvenient. The rooms were also poorly soundproofed, so it was very noisy and difficult to sleep. Overall, the stay was very uncomfortable and disappointing.

I had an overall pretty bad experience with this place, even just staying 2 nights. As soon as I walked into my room, I close the door and there is a stick bug in my face. Then, when I go to use the bathroom, there is pee on the toilet bowl, making it obvious the bathroom was not cleaned between guests. There was hair all over the place and the bathtub was obviously dirty. On the first night, I was having trouble sleeping, being next to the freeway. Since I saw (I assume) the manager reply to another review that they offer room changes if that bothers you, I go down to the office (because of course the phone was not working) to ask for a room change, give them my room number, and they say the hotel is fully booked, but that they can move me to a different room tomorrow. So, I come back the next day, and they say that I can't change rooms because they don't offer that type of room on the other side of the building (why wasn't I told that when I first went down?). That night, the plumbing stopped working, so I wasn't able to flush the toilet, wash my hands, brush my teeth, or take a shower. The desk workers are nice enough and offered me a late checkout, but overall I think the hotel is very disorganized and do not plan to stay there again. Cannot recommend.

We liked how it was close to everything We didn’t like anything. It smelt like cigarettes supposed to be a non smoking room, there were burn holes in our sheets, the whole second night we had no water. It literally looked like some people lived there it didn’t feel very safe. The bed was awful

Nothing in particular stood out positively during my stay. There were multiple cockroaches in the room, both large and small. I was able to photograph one of them. The room also appeared not to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. There was hair on the bathroom sink countertop, and the dining table was dirty with dried food left on it. Overall, the room felt very dirty and unhygienic, and I felt extremely uncomfortable staying there.

The manager I’m guessing, he works front desk first shift was the most rude man I’ve ever met. When it was time to check out he had to check the room so we could get our deposit back and he searched the room 3 different times, trying to find a reason to not give us our deposit back. When he couldn’t find a reason he said since we were leaving at 11:30 he would have to deduct $25 from the deposit bc it’s a late checkout but remember we had to wait on him to “inspect” the room. And on top of all of that our vehicle was stolen from the parking lot and he told us he didn’t have cameras in the back to tell me what happened to my car. But the parking lot is all the way around the hotel so apparently they don’t have cameras in the parking lot area. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Oh and the floors in the room I bleached myself bc they were so FILTHY.
