Sleep Inn Kernersville I-40

No

Very clean, quiet and well kept.

The room smell was bothering us.

I've stayed at this location several times and each time, I have been satisfied!

Very nice staff. Very clean. Can walk to McDonald's and Subway in 3 minutes.

I loved everything about the property second stay and it was amazing again!!!

Everything was great

The staff was very nice.

It was conveniently close to my final destination.

The room was what we needed. It was only a night's stay, so nothing fancy was needed. The only downfall was the toilet. Not sure what happened, but it ended up backing up. A plunger took care of it. I would recommend it to anyone.

Would have given a 5-star as the room was clean, but the room had a damp/musty smell.

It looked like the room was renovated recently, and there was no carpet.

Breakfast was great

Good place to stay

The room was clean but the lady from 3 Rd shift at the front desk was not helpful I complained about a guest being loud disrupting the peace to her she went to the room and the guest told her they were playing hide and seek in the room to wine down and the front desk clerk just let them continue to make the noise i asked to be moved and she said it was too late to ask them to move and too late to change my room. I paid $100 as I have for the past 5 nights in a row. I never complain about anything and we are loyal customers. And I had to check out my room at 3am in the morning because I couldn't get rest due to all the bumping and thumping they were doing and because no one would accommodate me and my family I am highly upset about this please contact me concerning this matter thank you

Only that the tv signal went in and out that day. It was probably due to the weather and we had phones that we could watch a movie on! Other than that it was great

Love it here the staff is amazing
