Mold in the bathroom

This has been my second time booking at Clarion Pointe and immediately at check in you’re greeted with a smile and the process is pretty quick. Very helpful when it comes to picking which side of the building you want to be on. The rooms were very clean, the bed feels amazing, and so does the shower. The only thing I will say is getting the tv to connect to WiFi is very difficult. I’m never able to get it to work.

Convenient location No hot water

Location is very good, plenty of places sound to eat and purchase what you might need. The exterior, parking lot lucks run down. More reminiscent of a cheap motel than a hotel. The room was much better once you got inside.

It was very close to 75. It needs major repairs. The ceiling is peeling in some areas. It would be an excellent place if it would be renovated. Needs a lot of work.

Very clean Nothing really

It was very unkempt, smelled awful and the room was missing basics (no Kleenex, only half a roll of toilet paper). D

Exceptional

It was very affordable during a large holiday weekend. It was very dingy, the room was cleaned properly but the bathroom seemed unfinished, the duvet had cigarette burns and the building exterior was overall pretty grimy and rundown.

Good environment. Close to my destination

We were very tired and the young man who checked us in was very helpful, with what we needed.

Breakfast was very good, staff very friendly, rooms new furnishings, I had a kitchenette which was very handy and walking distance to shops and restaurants the only problem was entering the hotel from main road you had to do a U- turn at light or come in from other main road near gas station Air conditioner smelled mouldy /damp

The room was super clean when I arrived. Breakfast was you typical hotel breakfast

First I was charged a pet fee after website stated pets stay free. I was told Expedia needs to update. Then my non-smoking room smelled like weed, and got worse as the night went on, contact buzz just from being there. Woke up coughing and it was horrible. Needs some good cleaning and touch ups.

Air conditioning terrible and it felt humid and had a musty smell

Good value Baggage missed in move out - called and prepaid to have sent to us but has yet to arrive
