The area is beautiful and the historical Inn Is located on Gooch's Beach. The view of the Atlantic Ocean and the friendly staff.

Sprayed with pesticides so beach access was not available. Ceiling fan in room dirty so not usable.

The location is great on the beach with parking, towels and linen are clean The shower didn’t drain , the facility is really old with mattress that are very soft and uncomfortable, it’s way overpriced for the value you get

Bed was soft! Very nice location. History of the place!! felt like I was stepping back in time. It was beautiful.

We loved the room we got - the best view of the ocean. The room was much better in person than what I was expecting from the pictures. I really appreciated the free bikes and beach chairs. This inn was a great find for our last minute trip to Kennebunkport. Nothing comes to mind. Maybe more breakfast food options.

The staff runs a tight ship. Everything about this place is great I would definitely love to stay again. Nothing to dislike about this facility

Breakfast was adequate. Location was excellent! Mattresses were extremely soft causing backaches.
