Hotel was way over rated, no different than other hotel's in the area. Pictures on reservation sites were deceiving. What's nice about a bar in the hotel if the bar staff doesn't know how to make a cocktail.

The location is expensive to start and they don’t offer free breakfast and the menu is not good

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. The parking lot was well lit and there was plenty of parking. It is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We always stay here whenever we’re in Katy.

Sofia on recepton was extremely helpful and very kind Upon arriving home I called as I thought I had lost some property and she was very helpful. Fortunately I found the items shortly afterward, they had fallen behind my dressing ttable. I recalled the hotel to inform them I had found them and apologised for the disturbance.
