We were welcomed in by the night manager and settled in to our comfortable room for the night. We had breakfast at the restaurant and enjoyed some ukulele playing in the lobby. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We were very happy staying here and will do so again when we come back.

We had a great stay! Loved everything about it!

Not 1 time did my room get serviced before or after the hurricane

Staff was amazing! The hotel buildings were in disrepair and our room specifically needed a lot of maintenance. Example 1. Ceiling near the patio slider had evidence of a bad repair previously like water damage… then during the hurricane the same spot leaked really bad and dropped painted Sheetrock and water on the carpet. Example 2. Our door frame showed evidence of being either tampered with or unprofessionally worked on. During our stay our door stopped wanting to latch and therefore lock. During the hurricane I had bought a combo pocket style tool and was able to put the screws back in so the door strike would stay in place and the door would latch. Otherwise the stay was as good as could be expected. BIG KUDOS TO THE STAFF WHO COOKED FOOD FOR THE GUESTS AFTER THE STORM!!! During no electricity

Bad experience, just book another hotel worth the extra cost . The hotel staff look miserable , check in time was about 2 hours late , room service was late often , no parking on certain days they have their special events , it feels like you owe them for staying at this hotel rather an welcoming stay

The location…. And views Overall cleanliness of the room. Before the hurricane the carpet was sour and with smells of mildew. only some of the outlets worked. The air conditioner went out and the tech had to come and fix it 20 minutes after our arrival on Sunday. There were some cracks and leaks in the ceiling. the curtains dusty…

They steal your money from your credit card without your authorization. Horrible robbery. Do not even get close to this name in Kauai. Stay away and protect your money from these thieves !! They are not providing any service but still charging you. Horrible facility. Stat away!

The staff checked another couple in to my room 30 minutes after me, they tried to get into my room and knocked bc I had it bolted closed. In addition to the room, they charge $25 parking per day, and $25 amenity fee. There’s no commentary breakfast.

The staff was amazing even during the hurricane, very accommodating and friendly. They made the stay as comfortable as they could, highly recommend!

Beds were fine, ceiling vent in bathroom was caked with dust/debris indicating it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Room was never cleaned our entire stay. We thankfully were refunded one of our nights as we had to leave a day early due to the hurricane in the area

Excelente hotel, 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

We enjoyed our stay here - good location, close to restaurants and various food options, and especially Lydgate Beach which is right behind the hotel. Perfect beach for kids big and small, fun waves, and lots of fish to see. The hotel itself could do with a refresh in the hallways but it's a nice welcoming reception area, very mid century modern layout. We had an issue with our room key not working, and staff were quick to give us a new room. We'd stay here again.
