We enjoyed our stay! Everything was good and tge staff was very helpful and pleasant!

It was our meeting place for the sonic school I attended. It was a nice place Our toilet kept running and I had told the employees. Not sure if they ever came to fix it. I could tap the handle to get it to quit but it kept going off throughout the night.

Awesome for a one night stay.

Love this property. Stay here every time. Clean. Big rooms. Corner store close by. Close to freeway entrance. Breakfast is pretty good. Pool is nice. And they have outside grills for use.

thad vibrated on the floor but i asked and they changed me to other one no fight needed ,,, breakfast good like always

King size bed was horrible the sofa bed was just as bad. Check in is not till 4pm. But house is already opening doors at 9 waking you ready to get you out. Then the charged 3. Some cents with no statement or reason.

Nice hotel

The stay was great, but it started off a little rocky when the room we reserved wasn’t available. Instead of two queen beds in a room, the only room available was a room with a king bed and a pullout. Not so great for a family of six. But we figured that out. The breakfast was great—even better than at other H2S’s I’ve stayed at. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Temperature control did not work. Too hot. Breakfast was great. Fungi at the bottom of the shower curtain.

Easy to access off of interstate. It’s kinda of placed back which makes it very quiet.

The location to airport was nice. Older male front desk staff intentionally issued a 3rd floor room with no working air conditioning. After 18 hours of travel, it was insulting. I called immediately and I know he knew it was not working because the fan was on in the bathroom when we arrived to draw out hot air. He was not surprised when I called, refused to place us elsewhere and made an excuse about only being able to submit a work order. We left 20 min after arriving. Same man refused to check us out, saying he couldn't do it until next morning, citing nonsense. He would not give ETA on room AC and expected us to wait and allow a stranger into our room to possibly fix or not fix the AC. Property maintenance is not my problem. I paid for a room with amenities and that included AC. I suspect if I were male he would not have refused to do his job. I was polite through the whole interaction and he made excuses for poor customer service. This was a business transaction, I did not receive what I paid for. He refused to refund as well and actually tried to make excuses. We left and went to another hotel not more than 30 min after checking in.
