Staff was great, our room was very clean.

I was in town for a wedding and later learned that the bride and groom had considered this hotel for their reception. They told me they decided against it because they noticed the same smell during their visit. It’s disappointing because the hotel otherwise made a good impression. I hope management addresses the source of the odor so guests can enjoy a more comfortable stay.

Love the decor, staff was friendly, hotel was clean, well maintained and the beds were comfortable and the price was great.

Booked it for the outdoor pool. However, they rent out the pool to children's parties. 15 screaming kids invaded the pool and what was a relaxing afternoon ended abruptly.

Outdoors theme, location There was a fair amount of noise from the guests directly above us- so I guess not a lot of soundproofing.

Great facility, pool and hot tub were great, decent breakfast too. Great staff! There was a wedding that night and it didn’t disrupt anything. Wish it was two queens instead of two fulls in the room

Not a great breakfast spread, but a really good pool/hot tub area. Very fun. Themed rooms and quiet place. We had the massage chair, but it feels like it’s trying to split you in half when the shoulders compress. Very painful for my fiance. Can be a little hard to find your way around the property, but the staff is very helpful.

Our favorite hotel. The cottages legit feel like a resort

Two other items were discussed about the room including a large spider in the bathroom that I was unable to chase down and a pair of used latex gloves that were left on the bedside table. I asked about needing to do an incident report but they just wanted my phone number. I have not heard from them.

Overall our experience was great. We were a little disappointed as the cottage room we were in this time was not as good as the cottage room we had the time before. Apparently they are not all the same and you never know what what you might get. Overall this is still one of the better hotels we have ever stayed at.
