Elevator was out of service for both days Hotel is a dump

The front desk staff was nice and the breakfast was good. The hotel did suffice for one night.

My hotel room was disgusting. This property allows pets and the room I was given had dog poop stains in the carpet. A broken bathroom door… there was a leak in the bathroom, not to mention my sheets were filthy, I didn’t have any towels I had to request them.. the elevator was out of service and I was located on the 2nd floor. I will never stay at this property ever again!!! I will attach pictures on my yelp page.

The elevator broke for 2 days. I saw a roach on the night stand and in the dresser drawer. Ran out of clean towels and washcloths

Staff and amenities were great Had bedbugs, kept seeing bug bites after first few nights. The staff was awesome they immediately got us to check into a new room, and helped with issuing us a refund for the mishap.

Staff members were awesome First couple nights we recognized some bug bites, and a lot of itching. Later found a bedbug in the room and another on the bed. Staff were amazing they helped us right away and worked on getting us a refund.

Staff was friendly, the room clean. Air conditioner was noisy, in need of repair

Great people, clean hotel

I really appreciated the compact queen size room. Also, there were no issues with my pet staying with me. Parking is tight if you return after 9pm. Be mindful that any rooms near elevator is where the ice machine is located. Only thing I didn't appreciate. Staff was always alert and welcoming. Room was very clean. Looking forward to staying again.
