Other than those two things, everything else was great!

The complimentary breakfast could have more variety of food & protein (meats-only served pork sausage) otherwise it was a nice stay.

The location is perfect. Staff at the reception are friendly It was pretty expensive, we paid almost 800(tax not included) for 1 night. Plus as soon as we arrived we noticed the trash under the kutchen was not taken, it still has trash on it probably from previous guests. Also the couch at the dining area is full of liquis marks - probably coffee, swear or i dont know.

The hotel suite was really well laid out and comfortable. Everything you could need for a work trip was there. We ate in the room one evening and the whole experience was very relaxing. Cleanliness is great. Location is amazing because you can get there by ferry or the train from the World Trade Centre. Breakfast wasn't great. The location is fantastic because there are views across the Hudson to Manhattan but the cooked food was pretty poor. We didn't eat it. It was also pretty expensive for the room, but everywhere was.

This is a three star hotel in a five star location. The surrounding area and walkability of downtown was amazing. The hotel itself is, tired. The peloton bike in the gym needs to be fixed, breakfast was mediocre. Dinner at the rooftop bar was wonderful. Staff was sometimes helpful and sometimes not.

Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Staff was incredibly sweet. Room felt OK, nothing over the top. Cleaners came to clean but didn’t refreshen amenities like hand soap. Otherwise a basic and decent stay.

The room was clean and the staff was cheerful but the room was dark and unfriendly. It needed more lighting and something to help warm it up from it’s cell-like atmosphere.
