The first day went smoothly, but the experience changed completely the next morning. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with the water not draining properly at all. We reported the issue multiple times, but no one came to address it, and we were not offered another room or any meaningful assistance. With my senior parents traveling with me, this was extremely disappointing and inconvenient. We ultimately had no choice but to check out that morning, and unfortunately, no one made any effort to help or resolve the situation before we left. I’ve attached pictures showing the condition of the bathroom. This was far below what I would expect from a DoubleTree by Hilton, especially as a Hilton Honors member. Very disappointing experience, and certainly not the standard I associate with the DoubleTree brand.

Just 6 miles from Times Square the place exceeded my expectations ! Extremely clean and roomy! The staff was incredible! Will definitely stay here every time I visit NY and NJ!

Location was the main reason we chose it. It is close to everything including train station and just a 5 minute walk to the Hudson River and you can see the Manhattan skyline. The place is well maintained and the staff are very nice and helpful. I only the wish parking was included. Other than that, it was such a good experience.
