Dirty ceiling and doors. Bathroom. Dirty closet. Seems like a thing in all rooms ive seen

The likes far outweighs the dislikes if there was any at all.

Rooms were small and I hope that the pool was small

The staff was very friendly The sofa bed was not what we expected.The mattress was stained and dirty looking and the smell when entering the building was so strong that my daughter had and anxiety attack

The air extraction in the bathroom was not working, the room was always humid, the oven was very dirty, the sofa and bed were very uncomfortable and the walls in the bathroom were crumbling. The washing machines downstairs were full of rotten staff inside the rubber close to the door.

The different eggs offered at breakfast Tabitha was very helpful and takes great pride on her work. Very friendly staff. I thought I booked a kitchen with a range (oven capabilities). The said yes, but it was a microwave oven, 2 totally different appliances. I made do and cooked at my son's place rather than coming back to the hotel.

The 2 bedroom situation was nice. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Bathroom needs to be updated to higher sink. The couch might be a pullout for when needed. Went downstairs and no "waters" in the little store and just very unaware of what may be needed. The pool area was not very inviting.

My stay at the hotel was great! Every time we stay here, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. This is our go-to hotel, and we continue to be pleased with the excellent service every time we visit. We truly enjoy staying here and look forward to coming back again!

The location is quite convenient, and the availability of a microwave, pots and pans, plates coffee maker,cook top, utensils was very helpful for my trip, as I was able to prepare my own meals. The accommodations provided all the necessary items. The housekeeping staff is pleasant and attentive, and the overall staff is excellent. Additionally, a complimentary breakfast is offered in the mornings, so if you prefer not to cook, you can always partake in that. Overall, it was a pleasant trip and a lovely place to stay.

Jessica was AMAZING She handled every situation that we gave her with a pleasant attitude & was very nice. I called the front desk for several things about the sofa bed & she came up with a mattress for the sofa bed & helped us open it. She was great at responding to our needs.
