The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The TV didn’t work. The sound came on but no picture. There was someone playing loud music at midnight, which was annoying. Other than that it was alright.

Overall we love the property: location, breakfast, room size & cleanliness. Unfortunately, the A/C in our room was not working at optimum capacity and it was leaking onto the carpet and the spa was closed for repair. We will be back, however, if we are in the area.

I found out ice machines were all out of order, so the hot tub.

Room smelled musty and carpet felt damp. Only had 3 towels the first day and second day had no wash cloths. Housekeeping could have been better. Complementary breakfast was great and staff friendly

The hotel was very dated and worn, there are things that would be so easy to fix in the rooms, but it seems like the property is being neglected a bit. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were consistently helpful, which made up for the property neglect issues

I did not stay. I canceled my reservation when I got there to check in. They did not notify me in advance that the pool and the Jacuzzi were out of service. Booking required two days notice for free cancellations and then they gave me a hard time and run around on refunding the cost of my stay without penalties because I did not stay there. I left and went to a different hotel that had a pool.
