We love this hotel. Free breakfast is really good food, cooked fresh, lots of options. Also love the free happy hour with free snacks and 2 free drinks per person.

Large room, clean & comfortable. Good food at the bar and for room service.

However, the room itself was outdated. The furniture and tub were old, the carpet appeared worn, and the mattress definitely needs to be replaced. There was also an odor in the room that made the overall experience less pleasant. For a one-night stay, it wasn’t terrible, but I would prefer a cleaner and more updated location for my next stay.

The staff was great. They have increased the deposit since the last time we stayed. The room was not clean or up to the standard I would expect from that kind of hotel at all. We were missing one of the sheer curtains, there was something on the headboard and curtains, there was a torn couch pillow. The hottub was hot but the jets didn’t blow very hard at all. Breakfast was okay. There was a large selection, but very long lines and basically no tables to eat at.

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

The mini fridge was frozen over and wouldn’t get any on my items cold. No freezer in the mini fridge. Pool was dirty. Breakfast would have been good. It would be great if you all shared how you cook your eggs. And also need other options then pork options when it comes to the meat.

Everything Umm..the price..$180 for one night

The furniture in the bedroom was stained. The floors were not vacuumed. The room had a humid, musty, moldy, smell to it. The temperature never went down, and there were days when housekeeping didn’t even come and clean the room.

Environment was excellent, breakfast was excellent

It was beautiful and the room was big and Spacious and the bed was very comfortable The big Spacious room.. and how they look like apartments. and the elevator was cool too.

The location was great and the food services were great. When we arrived to the room, the toilet had urine all over it and the bed sheets were stained with what appeared to be urine and black makeup.
