Everything was great

Location was perfect. Balcony view was beautiful. Size of the room was great. Bed was a little too firm to my liking. Would have enjoyed at least one lounge chair on the balcony as the furniture was not very comfortable to sit in for extended periods.

Nice beach view and decent hotel but serious housekeeping issues. We stayed four days never could get housekeeping service. Requested service from the front desk, from Billy McDonnell the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, and from a supervisor checking rooms. They all promised service and it never happened. We only got a change of towels when my wife found a housekeeper with a cart and got her to give us towels. Shameful service and we don’t recommend the hotel.

The deluxe room better then expected and so very clean. Called down to desk twice and they were so helpful. Breakfast was amazing ! Get the breakfast!

Booked this Hotel second time to stay with family. Clean, comfortable, gorgeous ocean view (choose ocean view rooms), balcony. Breakfast option is not worth it; choose from the hotel's menu or go outside. Be aware, you need to pay extra for beach umbrellas or chairs. Nice swimming pool.

The room was pretty clean but they want to charge you for everything. They put two bottles of water in our room but instead of them being complimentary they want to charge you $6 a bottle for them. They offer nothing to get you going in the morning unless you want to pay almost $30 for a breakfast & coffee when you can get a breakfast a block away that is better than another they serve. This is just examples I won’t even get into the parking in the lot of the hotel you are paying for. We will never book here again. Most of the ladies at the front desk were nice but the guy had the personality of a goat.

Poor customer service over the phone and in person. Didn’t get the room I paid for . Room had no lights , no maintenance., no management (allegedly) but it’s been 3 days and samanatha still hasn’t called so maybe they don’t have mgt. We may as well stayed in the maintenance closet. Only thing positive about this stay was the location. If I was at a Marriott you could have fooled me. Never again.

Racial profiling and I'm going to sue if this doesn't get straightened out why vape in a room that has a balcony but I didn't need to do either I don't smoke my cousin stop by with trash went on beach and left now your trying to scam a value customer Racial profiling

Was clean Dogs barking for hrs I contacted front desk numerous times and also was double charged for parking and insurance

Very clean room, staff especially the manager Sabrina, spa tub needs upgrading,
