Black Desert Resort

Very nice accommodations but it's a resort that hasn't quite figured itself out yet. Location is convenient to St. George but rooms were missing some things that you would expect in a high-end resort (i.e. microwave). Golf course was closed while we were there, but it was pretty to look at! Be sure to check your room key - the QR codes point to local hikes (which we saw too late!).

Beautiful property with great rooms. Staff was good.

My husband and I celebrated our 10th anniversary here and had an incredible stay. We played a round of golf, enjoyed the pool, and took a short ride to explore Zion. The staff was on top of everything and so kind. The resort itself was pristine and we will most definitely be back!!

Very clean new room, wonderful house cleaning and turn down services in the evening. There is ongoing construction, but does not interfere with anything you want to do here! We only heard construction vehicles from our room once during our stay. Staff is top tier, highlighted by our experiences with Will, Jaden, and Julija. The staff went out of their way at every possible moment to make our honeymoon here special, and we will most definitely return in the future

Good food, clean room, cold drinks. Only thing that bugged me is there was hair on the shower wall.

Valet service needs to be quicker. Check in was slow. TV streaming is inconsistent. Housekeeping didn’t come until 6 pm.

Although under construction in areas, we had a wonderful view from a beautiful room! The staff is so friendly and helpful! The pools and restaurants are great! We had a fantastic time!

Golf course was slightly disappointing as the greens and fairways had excessive divots. I have played many better condition public courses. Golf course also had permanent mat tees on some holes, which I have never seen before anywhere. With the required fore caddy got the feeling of it just being a big money making machine. Hotel was excellent.

Ate at Basalt. That was excellent!

The pool and the room is very private and sound proof. The gym was stacked with equipment but the treadmill was facing the wall and not the TVs Lol

Jaden was a ROCKSTAR!! loved the grounds everything is beautiful from the room to our room, food, our beverages. My husband loved the golf course. Definitely want to come back!

This is a great location in every way. The staff is 100, the rooms are beautiful and the grounds are amazing and going to be even more impressive as the water park is nearing completion. This is a very high end resort for reasonable prices. This needs to be a go to spot in the area near Zion park!

It’s a beautiful location. The staff was friendly. Loved outdoor movie night in the pool. The sound travels through the floor, whoever was above us woke me up twice. The staff is super friendly but could really use cross training on the properties amenities. They are trying to market the property as an upscale resort but no one had answers to basic questions like which restaurants were open, what they served. I found myself frustrated in several occasions because the staff did not appear to know the resort.

My new favorite Resort. This place is breathtaking. The property is beautiful, clean, friendly staff. The views are amazing. Food is great. Pool is nice. Really recommend.
