Welcoming staff and cozy atmosphere!

We loved the outside hot tub and the firepit. We also loved that it was situated on the river and one morning we saw 2 moose right in front of the hotel. Our room was spacious and modern. It was an easy drive to the west entrance of yellowstone.

Beautiful hotel, lobby and rooms! I loved that they offered dinner there since we were too tired from our travel to go back out. The rooms were very large, modern, clean and had a large closet and bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious as was dinner! This was our favorite hotel on our trip. The outside fire pit and hot tub were another great perk and the hotel was situated right on a little stream/ lake so it was beautiful to sit outside at night. Only about a 20-25min straight drive right to the west Yellowstone entrance. It was the perfect location for us for our Yellowstone vacation.

I love that the fire pit in front of the river is always on, this is a very nice and very well maintained property. 10/10

My main disappointment was the unexpected $20 parking fee. Finding out about an additional charge after arriving started the stay on the wrong foot. I could understand a parking fee in a dense urban area where parking is limited, but this property is located in a spacious rural setting near Yellowstone, making the charge feel unnecessary. Guests should also be aware that the largest parking area is located above the hotel entrance. Reaching your vehicle requires climbing a fairly substantial set of stairs—roughly 30 feet in elevation—which may be inconvenient for some guests, especially when carrying luggage. Despite these concerns, the property itself is excellent and the location is hard to beat.

Staff is friendly and helpful and place is clean.

Paying for parking is a complete joke. The rooms are already overpriced and then they drop the parking charge on you. This isn’t downtown New York!

This was the best hotel of our trip. The staff was genuinely friendly, and the setting and hotel itself were beautiful. Everything seemed new and was very clean and spacious. This was the only place on our drive from the midwest to CA that I felt truly comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again without hesitation. Also pet friendly.

The hotel is very good and comfortable, close to the entrance to Yellowstone and local amenities.
-
I felt that the quality of both the breakfast and the food offered at the bar could be improved. I hope this feedback is helpful for future enhancements.

Hotel itself was great location, good breakfast, and sizable rooms and bathrooms! Staff great!!
-
Hotel is clean and quiet, didn’t like charging parking fee in this suburb. Couldn’t use the swimming pool, water temp was too cold.

The ambiance was very good, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The kids especially loved the hot tub and pool! Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we really enjoyed our experience. Highly recommended!

I was really hoping to make this a regular place to stay but they put my 4 yr old daughter and I in the room directly underneath the exit of the 3rd floor elevator. Made for a late night with a kid who couldn’t sleep.

Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast a good. Great stay

Beautiful, clean property. Room was impeccable. Nice laundry room. I chose this property while visiting Yellowstone. It is not close proximity to Yellowstone as it is nearly an hours drive but like most National Parks, there aren’t many hotel options nearby. I’d still choose this property again however because it was so clean and well kept. Nice staff too.

There were around 5 hairs left on the bedsheet, and sheets were clearly wrinkled, giving the impression that they haven't been changed or cleaned.
-
Room was clean; staff was helpful; breakfast could not be better. All these made my vacation in Yellowstone fabulous! Thank you!
