Great breakfast arrangement.

Definitely a great value for the money and proximity of the airport are the most important assets of this hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast staff not much interested in guests even though you have option to order something - you need to write down on a paper and then go searching someone hiding.

Room smelled strongly of disinfectant. Bugs in the shower.

LOVED IT! Everything so so clean and the entire staff was nice and helpful. It is extremely close to the airport. I loved the outdoor pool!

Nice place

We were exhausted from traveling on a cruise and I had to rest!! So surprised by the beautiful hotel, all remodeled so well!! Friendly staff and so helpful. Loved it!

I liked that it had a bar, restaurant, hot tub, and both an indoor/outdoor pool. My flight was delayed by 2.5 hours, so it was nice to have a restaurant to eat at 10p at night. I came in from Alaska, and there's a 3 hour time difference, and with being delayed, I was beat. I appreciated that they allowed me a 1p checkout versus 11a with no additional charge. Thank you! The young lady Tree in the bar was so friendly and personable. The front desk staff were all pleasant and helpful. The pools were clean, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I can't name anything. Everything was great!

Staff was not very helpful. Runner rugs were taped down to the floor. Old water puddles with paper towels in lobby. Breakfast was terrible. Seating was so bad it was like eating with strangers.

It is no longer a scary place to stay, and the breakfast was pretty great for what it was. I feel perfectly comfortable coming here again anytime!

The hotel seems recently remodeled it was bright with gorgeous decorations everywhere beautiful hotel. I did find the rooms need to have new walls done. It was all popcorn ceilings as well as walls and it made the feel not feel as comfortable for me.

Exceptional

The room was pumping into the AC, the most overwhelming, overpowering fragrance that it gave me an insane migraine. I asked if I could change rooms but the front desk said all the rooms had this. I turned the AC off, and it was a tiny bit better, but then it was unbearably hot, so I was forced to keep turning it back on. I didn't sleep at all. As soon as I left the room, my migraine disappeared. I wish hotels would stop doing this. It's really bad. So dissapointing. The room was fine aside from this. But its something people should be made aware of before booking.

Somewhat convenient for my needs Its size.. to long a walk within it

Good value for the money. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, great shower head, updated room decor, breakfast was very good in its class with many options. Airport shuttle came quickly. The building itself is quite old. The bathroom fan was very noisy. The shuttle driver insisted on letting us off at the wrong terminal. We did call and let the manager know and they apologized and said they would speak to the shuttle driver.

This hotel, is so nice! Chilies at check in is super sweet and made checking in so quick and easy! The hotel was clean and big and was a great sage place to stay with my kiddos! The air conditioning in the room was perfect!! Will definitely be staying here again!

The appearance and services WiFi is not great

We’ve stayed here a few times and the staff is always helpful. Our room was upgraded and conveniently located considering we didn’t arrive on time. Clean room and very quiet atmosphere! Will be staying here again!👍😊
