Breakfast & basketball court. Staff was cool Key card wouldn’t open the door from outside that was on the hallway directly to my room. Instead I had to walk around to another day on a different hallway or back to the front. Also the toilet leaked water whenever it was flushed.

The property was great. The staff was great. It was clean. The breakfast was great. The only thing, but he had a tough time with us at the pool wasn’t open

The room has carpet. Old and very stained carpet; pretty gross, actually. That carpet is years past due for a rip out and replacement with a hard, non-permeable floor covering. The pool was murky. Unclean, unhealthy, and unsafe looking. NO ONE got in it except for a small family who gave the impression of being fresh from Deliverance world; maybe they had never seen a swimming pool before and didn't realize that the water looked unpleasant and was a threat. /////// The work out room had no working AC. It was about 95 degrees; working out in there could lead to sudden death. ///// All of the staff were very good. The breakfast was pretty standard, which is pretty good enough. And the worker there kept the area absolutely spotless.

Breakfast was great. No deposit. The laundry facilities need upgrade, most Did not work.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and always filled and hot. The location was perfect for our trip and was in a safe and quiet area. The elevator was very small, and you could barely get the bag cart in and out of it. The room needs update. We had a suite was 2b/2b. The bath in the King room had a shower that you could tell had a broken door and was replaced with a curtain, which didn't keep water from going all over the floor. That room had a hairdryer, which we didn't use or unplug for fear of being shocked as plug was broken. The Queen room and staples coming up from the carpet. The living/kitchen area: All seating areas were extremely stained. The coffee pot was broken and when we called down for a new one it took about 5 hours for a new coffee pot to be brought and the one they brought was also broken.

Everything went well my children love the breakfast, the hotel is clean, the front desk staff is very attentive and friendly.

Clean , quiet and nice grounds. Only one disappointing thing. The pool didn’t look very clean or it may have been under maintenance.

As soon as I checked in my room, I noticed that my dish washer was not working. I notified the staff right away, but it took them 5 days to fix it. Also, the hallways consistly smell of smoke/weed. There are cockroaches in the room. The breakfast is good and the staff offers good service and the front desk is responsive otherwise.

Super clean room. Staff was extremely helpful & very nice. Breakfast was AMAZING!

Wifi was spotty. Pool dirty. Tac strips exposed on the floor. Not enough pillows and towels for everyone in the hotel. We went and bought our own towels. Had to argue to get pillows for the kids pull out couch. They also said it was thin. Just know that the pictures are not what’s there. $600 will definitely get you something better. Don’t waste your time. (Kitchen and cleaning staff were great! This review has nothing to do with them!!)
