The breakfast

Hotel is on the older side. Elevator and room hallway on 4th floor smell horrible like industrial grease. The room door had gaps and felt a little sketchy like the door could be forced open.

The price. Housekeeping was hard to communicate with, hotel room floors were dirty, housekeeping did not clean room, bathtub was not cleaned properly and shower head was worn. For free breakfast I was expecting hot eggs or sausage with the waffles, At least. Also, I did not feel my children were safe as there were a lot of people arguing by the poolside.

Front desk person helpful in assisting me with rental car drop off, and shuttle pick up

The property has been recently renovated. The room had no carpet and was spacious. There are a few restaurants in the vicinity some are walkable ( Chinese buffet, Olive Garden and Dennys) but the hotel has a shuttle and is willing to drive you to them or other business in the area such as the Walmart across the freeway. The only serious complaint I have is that a booked the shuttle to take me to the airport (DFW) at 4am to catch an early flight and when I got downstairs at 3:59 the shuttle had taken someone else that had not booked the ride. Their excuse was that there were 3 people wanting to go to the airport and they thought it was me and my daughter. They have a roster, they wrote my name, room number and time I needed to go but they didn’t bother to check it. What got me really mad was that I confirmed with the afternoon attendant and the evening one twice that the shuttle would be available at 4:00 am, I got to the lobby before 4am.

I think it's fu(& up the way people making reservations using my email now don't get me wrong I've stayed at the laquinta in Lakeland but that's been over a month ago! Are they using my email to complete reservations for family members in hiding! Their all Hispanic names and im not! Plus the laquinta i stayed in the workers were Hispanic and this particular one even though she not front desk clerk she was all up the computer when a certain old man is behind the desk! Aint no telling what kind of customer information she's getting. I just don't get why NOW these reservations are coming to my email account.

I stayed here overnight when my flight was delayed. Great hotel. Great service. Would stay again.

It was very clean and welcoming! Unfortunately my flight got delayed by 12 hours and I needed rest- this hotel was just amazing!

Room was not clean, people were extremely loud late into the night, and staff was very rude and unhelpful. Avoid
