They are in the last stages of renovation, so there was no hot breakfast available!!! They gave out lunch bags with a bagel, apple and pb and jam packets instead. :( It was frankly embarrassing!!! It does not tell you on Expedia about renovations, but it tells you on their own website. I was very disappointed. I booked here particularly for the pricing and free breakfast. The room was okay. The “best” thing about it is that was quiet at night.

Otherwise, the staff, the cleanliness etc were all good.

I liked that the location was close to the highway. The hotel is undergoing construction. This was not relayed until check in. Because of the construction the hot breakfast wasn't available. The rooms were crazy dusty that made my allergies flair up. The bathroom doors did not fully shut. One of the two elevators were not working. Because of construction half the parking lot was closed off. Parking at night was a nightmare. I will never book this hotel again.

I liked how the rooms were quiet. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the shower pressure was good. The room was clean and organized. Ease of access to the main road. The check in staff was not very friendly. It felt like they didn't want to be there. I did not realize that the hotel was under construction when I booked the room. There was not a hot breakfast and that was part of the reason I booked this hotel. The day we checked out only one elevator was working, and with 6 floors it took a little bit longer.

Honestly, this was not a good expreience for us this time. I can't find anything good about this hotel other than the location close to the venue we needed to attend. After arriving, we asked what time was breakfast and we were told that there was no breakfast, only a bag to go, water, and apple and a bagle. The following morning, I asked if we could cancel and was told we had alredy resrved and they had posted or notify customers about the renovations or no breakfast on the website, but we checked and there was no such notice. We let it go just because we had other club team friends stayed on the same hotel, but then noticed that this hotel had more issues. The door did not closed properly if you just let is close by itself, it stays open, the room seem old and needs an upgrade. Also the showers need to be repaired. Honestly, I will think twice to stay in another Hilton Hotel.

They did not have hot breakfast. Nice place to stay, friendly staff. No hot breakfast.

I really love the property was only the outskirts of Dallas but still within 20 to 30 minutes of all the main shopping and activities. It was a nice quiet area as well not too much traffic or chaos on the road. The one thing I didn’t like was more so about the room. The bathtub felt like it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, but it was still clean enough to take a shower in.

Bedrooms were clean and comfortable, pool was awesome. Staff was helpful. Kitchen was down for renovation, no extra blankets or pillows. No bath towels

Construction was messy and noisy, but the staff was friendly, room was clean, and beds were fairly comfortable.

The property was ok. Only issue was I didn't know it was being remodeled at the time of booking, so it has construction materials out and no hot breakfast. They provided a breakfast bag with a bagel, apple and bottled water.

Upgrades going on, making the stay difficult.

Staff provide excellent service and are respectful.
