Good

It was very quiet, that is the only good thing I can say about it. The carpet was disgusting. It was wet, sticky and dirty. It smelled like a wet ashtray. The smell was so strong I had to spray perfume on my pillow to attempt to sleep. The towel holder fell right off the wall when we hung a towel on it. We got in late and just needed a bed to sleep in so for the price we weren’t expected much. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again.

Very good

Hotel is in a convenient location, easy off / easy on I-80.

For dinner, you can eat at the adjacent Mexican restaurant or pick up frozen food at a nearby grocery store and heat it in the microwave in your room. For breakfast, there are no hot dishes like sausages or scrambled eggs; the only way to get something warm is to make waffles or toast some bread or bagels.

The staff was very kind. No complaints about the staff. However, we either were placed in a smoking room, or some previous occupant decided to ignore rules and smoke in the room. It smelled like cigarettes. Both lamps on the sides of the bed had broken lamp shades. The facility is conveniently located but needs some renovations and deep cleaning.

The whole experience was great! I was totally impressed with the property, my room and the staff.
-
Beds were also too tall for handicappers to get in
-
Staff was friendly Smelled like weed. Room felt like we were sleeping in an old wet basement
-
Everything was just average But acceptable

Great hotel for one night stay. A little dated but clean and wonderful staff and rooms very clean.

When I arrived they did not have a non smoking room. I did not want to sleep in a smoking room and was promised I would not be charged. I ended up being charged the full amount and now am having to dispute with my credit card company.

The carpets smelled like a wet basement. Otherwise, ok stay for a budget hotel.

It is not the nicest property. The room was clean, but we were originally placed in a smoking room (it smelled strongly of smoke and there was an ashtray on the desk.) When we called, the manager at first said it was not a smoking room, but then did switch us to another room. The property could use a lot of upkeep and updating. The breakfast was minimal and the toaster did not even work.

Good location to downtown Run down, smelled bad, no staff around
-
This place was not worth the price we paid for a nightly rate. Rooms were not clean and had a weird smell. The hallway smelled of cigarettes.
-
I paid a lot on a game night. Not really worth it
-
Smelled, poor breakfast, rundown, seemed like people were living there and lurking outside a lot, garbage overflowing, no maid service during our stay
-
Don’t ever stay at this hotel

The coffee machines in the breakfast lounge is not very good, we did not eat breakfast before leaving. The room was good size, had a spa tub which I did use. The room smelled like a cat was kept in it, the view was of the center courtyard which was ok. The desk staff could not access my online check in and they claimed they did not have my request to add a dog to my stay was not received. I was charged twice for my dog. Once on the online check in and again with the front desk. It seems the communication between the program and the hotel staff is very poor.
