NO TRAVEL CRIB OR CRIB AVAILABLE. Listing has in room crib listed as an amenity. Front desk staff was rude about needing a crib and an extra blanket. Room was pretty run down especially for the price.. Road noise was super loud, even with a sound machine it was obnoxious. The beds and bedding were very clean and comfortable. Parking required you to enter your license plate or you could get another fee added. Staff were not welcoming or willing to serve. Overall not the value I was looking for the money.

Disappointing

The hostess was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and what restaurant where the area. Room was clean and fresh. May stay there again very reasonable price.

Hotel needs updated. Shower old and had lots of caulking. Broken tile that moved in bathroom. Huge gap in door to hall.

Staff was great! Even when we mistakenly went to the wrong location, chicken was easy and the rooms were clean and well stocked

Everything was great

Breakfast starts at 6:30, and was excellent for a hotel at this price. Facility was clean & quiet, 4 floors with elevator. Room was spacious with desk & chair. Standalone closet for hanging clothes. Beds were good, and TV on wall was positioned so both beds had equal view. Mini fridge was small, with no freezer compartment. Bathroom vanity was wide. Shower head in tub was high, with no adjustment settings. The stream was not strong.

We were there from 8/22 - 8/24/2026. The Woman who handled the breakfast was incredible. I had an issue with the pancake maker. She took the time to change the belts, and made sure I had the pancakes my husband wanted for breakfast. She went above and beyond to assist.

Staff were very kind and helpful! Room was clean and beds were very comfortable! The breakfast buffet was very good! Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful!

Excellent room. My flight was delayed and didn't arrive roll 3:30 am. The staff person was very friendly and accommodating, especially for that hour in the night.

The area is not walkable at all (but it's Indiana, so I wasn't really expecting it to be), but there's plenty of dining and shopping within a couple minutes' drive. My only two complaints are that my room had a torn carpet that I tripped on in the dark once, and the pancake machine wasn't refilled with batter when I went to have breakfast.

The room was spotless, breakfast offered lots of options, and the pool and workout room were clean and well equipped. The staff was friendly and very helpful! We were visiting for GenCon and the commute to the convention center was short and easy. The hotel is situated right next to a freeway, so there was some road noise. The small fan I brought with me provided enough white noise that it didn’t interfere with my sleep.

Front desk help was amazing! Room was very clean and the king beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was great with a good variety! Also 24 hr coffee machines! Only downside…the pool is not heated.

Booked a suite room to be told once we arrived on property that it came through from hotels as a standard room . Booked the exact same room as a friend we traveled with they got a suite room . Afternoon hotel staff was rude and unhelpful. I tried to speak to her about having the wrong room and was basically told that the room and pictures on hotels.com was not even what their rooms looked like . She was more interested in what appeared to be her significant other who hung around the the hotel both nights she worked while we were there . Spoke to someone from hotels.com , they attempted to call the hotel to be placed on hold and was never able to speak to anyone. So the fix was to put $50 on my account. I use this site often to book rooms may choose a different option.
