No phone in the room even though you’re instructed when you check in to call the front desk to request house service restaurant bar area was closed the entirety of my stay even though on their website it says they have happy hour on Thursdays. There was nobody there in the bar was closed on that day as well extremely disappointed I would’ve stayed somewhere else more convenient to get drinks and food.

After staying there for over 10 years, I never pay for parking or breakfast, now the charge $25 parking for day the same a the reinasence across the street 5 star hotel. And no more continental breakfast only free coffee not good might be the last time I stay there.

All was good

Several outdoor doors did not properly latch shut, we had one room with a really loud ac unit, we switched rooms and then had water leaking out of our door frame in our other room after it had rained, the weight room had very minimal equipment and it wasn’t great quality. Overall the hotel is run down and older. It doesn’t look as nice as picture appears. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The outdoor pool bar was also very pricy. We felt it was over priced for what we got.

We have stayed here several times and the staff was very nice. They were definitely very understaffed though and wouldn't answer the phone when calling from the room. Housekeeping also never cleaned our room when we asked. We were highly disappointed that neither bar or restaurant were open during the week. We were looking forward to having drinks and lunch by the pool or a drink in the hotel lobby bar. Both were closed during the week which I thought should have been advertised otherwise we would gave stayed somewhere else. We were celebrating our anniversary so that put a damper on the trip. The hotel seemed to have many guest so I'm not sure why they wouldn't have these things open. They appeared to be very under staffed.

The lobby and pool area were nice, but the hallway and room need an update. The walls have a lot of paint defects and the flooring down the hall is laminate which made it loud when people walked down the hall. The door to the back parking lot was unlocked at all times and anyone could just walk in without a keycard needed. That seems unsafe to me. My room smelled like moth balls when I walked in and there was a used facial makeup pad on the floor in the corner. There was a hairball in the shower and the sheets on one of the beds were wrinkled and looked like someone had slept in them and it didn’t get changed. The other bed in the room looked like it had clean sheets on it so I slept in that one. The furniture in the room is pretty old and the chair cushions were dingy looking. I checked in kind of late at night and when I went to take a shower, there were no bath towels in the bathroom only hand towels. I had to go get them from the front desk. There are also no towels in the pool area, and you have to get them and return them at the front desk as well. I was in town for a conference and really just needed a place to sleep at night. I only went to the pool for a short time 1 day but enjoyed the pool area. The smell in my room was the biggest downside for me. The front desk staff were nice though. As long as the other rooms don’t smell like the one I had, I guess I would stay here again for the price.

Lication Pool was not clean

Great pool clean room

The room was outdated, dirty carpet and walls need new paint. Ceiling has cracks in it. A remodeling project would do good. And they charge for parking your vehicle.

I had heard great things about this hotel but it was just your average hotel. Hotel was clean (and I am very picky). We stayed in the “South Wing”. It looked aged, clean but definitely aged. Room was clean also but some walls were dirty to where a simple wipe could have taken care of it. Shower was clean as well, no complaints. Bathroom had a few strands of long dark woman’s hair laying around. The noise level was honestly pretty bad. Could have just been bad neighbors that day. The were banging the floor it sounded like. Twice they hit the wall so hard, our door shook. They were up till about 5am. We checked in at midnight. Overall, I would stay again if there was a great deal on this hotel. Otherwise, I may shop for others in the area.

Beautiful setting among the high hills, palm trees, sparkling and inviting pool with great music ( from my gen), golf green in the background, clean, spacious lobby, resort appearing, good fitness center. The ladies at the front desk were not particularly friendly or inviting, kind of “meh”. My room (142) was advertised as having “city views”. The first thing I did was look out the patio door blinds to see. It was a view of the parking lot with cars facing my room. I said to my son, “ I guess this is our city views”. Bed was too soft for comfort in my own opinion. Tried folding the pillow in half but still to soft. Mattress was so soft I felt like I was going to fall out of bed. Needed to iron my clothes in the am. Iron was missing had to call to request an iron. Went to call and old phone had no dial tone. Had to use my cell to call for an iron and phone repair. It was evident that the funds were not there for the hotel to maintain the facilities. Bathroom door wood and painas deteriorating at the bottom. Just left that way even though very noticeable. Crack in the wall behind the front door just let that way even though very noticeable. At check out time, I went to empty the refrigerator of the food I was trying to keep cold. Although the refrigerator was plugged in and was cold when we put the food in, it was not working at all. Had to waste all of my perishable food.

Suite had sticky carpet, soda spills on dresser drawers that dried and caused the drawers to stick, frosting on door frames and couch was stained on both cushion sides. Leftover trash bags were found inside the pullout and pullout had used bedding with condom wrappers within the sheets. Hair balls in shower, vent intermittently functioned, and only a single remote for 2 tv’s. Lamp shades had frosting and the bedside lamp was not able to be turned on because it was sticky with remnants of a spill. False advertising because although they stated that they had pool veranda food/drink service, it was closed all 3 days and although they advertised their bar menu via barcode, there was no alcohol service or selling of alcohol. The common area flooring is warped and the flooring dips in multiple places. It was regrettably the very worst experience and stay. Staff attempted to clean up the room and couch only to flip the couch cushions to find worse stains after which we were told to lay down a towel if we wanted to sit.
