Wyndham Houston near NRG Park/Medical Center

Excellent location

Property is kinda old, it was good for a weekend we only used it to sleep and shower. Friendly staff right by the stadium its convenient location. I would stay there again, only thing is your gotta pay for parking

How close it is to the Reliant Stadium. It looks very outdated.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful. We stopped to have a few drinks before our concert at the bar and the bartender was welcoming, recommended food, and also got us a shareride. We would stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Very easy to walk to NRG from the hotel.

It needs alot of remodeling its clean but it hs a weird smell maybe cuase its old.

Great if you’re going to NRG Stadium but hotel looks good from outside but a little run down inside and build connections. We had building 2 definitely need to upgrade window blinds.

Location perfect for concerts and events but know that they will charge for parking if there is a concert or event ($30) even that in the description says is included. Shower just have incredible hot water so 1st person can shower fast because at some point water will burn and is imposible to shower (they mention the city closed the water for 2 days so that's why they only had hot water which I didn't understand the explanation at all). Also water in the sink had no pressure at all so very complicated to shower or wash your teeth or even hands. Really a bad experience just location was perfect, I'm glad was only one night.

The pool area is decent it could be better, the windows look dirty, the elevator on the pool side seems like its breaking. This hotel definitely needs an upgrade. It was close to the NRG stadium and thats the reason we stayed here. But the rooms are very outdated. Theres holes in the walls and we found a huge cockroach. The bathroom had a bit of mold on the ceiling above the shower.. the staff is cool! Like i said you get what you pay for.

We were told upon arriving No running water and we didn’t get our refund. Although, they said they would.

Was not happy the water was off they need to do some upgrades to the rooms. Also, it smelt like meal doing in there like the floors were wet and dried wet no safes in the rooms no refrigerators in the rooms not very happy at all. Would never stay there. Do not recommend.

I had such high hopes for this location near NRG stadium but the place is outdated and not what I expected. The TV signal looked like it was from the 80s.

Staff was super helpful. Great customer service. The property had no running water. And the A/C was not working properly due to the lack of running water that help the A/C stay cool. We had to book a different hotel. And since it was during a football weekend and and not booked in advance, we ended up paying more for our stay.

Restaurants never opened for business. No A/C and water upon check in. Breakfast was served without any utensils being provided. Once the water was turned on, no hot water available. Very disappointing visit to this location. Lucky Dominoes was able to deliver....
