Honestly, no complaints. The room and property was well maintained, the staff were kind, and the property was kept clean. Great value for the price compared to other extended stay options I've used. The Wi‑Fi was reliable, and the kitchenette was really useful

Clean and Comfortable rooms, Friendly staff, Spacious rooms with full kitchenette. Appliances were full size. Pool. Great value for price.

Nothing place was horrible smelled like pee super dirty I didn’t like anything I didn’t feel save staying with my kids in there tried to cancel my reservation of 2 rooms the only refunded $11 out of $200

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a longer stay. Having a kitchen was a big plus, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. The hotel was quiet, the bed was comfortable . Great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again!

Filthy. I didnt like the fact that it was unsafe and the day that I arrive the staff lied about calling my phone and told me that they gave my room to someone else. A room I already paid for. Would not recommend to anyone.

Nothing Everything. Filthy room. Filthy elevator. Filthy halls. Filthy lobby. Spent five minutes in the disgusting room only because it took me that long to find a better place to stay. Honestly, sleeping at a bus depot would have been safer and cleaner. They just laughed when I asked if I could get a refund for the rest of the days I wasn't going to stay there. Place should be condemned.

All hotel smelled of smoke since you stepped into the lobby all the way to the 3rd floor where I stayed. Hotel looked like no one has kept maintenance of it in a long time

Place smells of nasty dog and mold, I tried to use the stairwell and oh my Jesus the stench of animal feces was intolerable, than there’s the noise, kids crying, yelling, loud music late at night, during the day there is banging on the walls, like the people just let their kids run around, the bed that was in my room was so uncomfortable, there was a bump in the middle and it felt like it was caving in on the sides, the pillows looks dirty, there was a lady cleaning, but the place still stank, it was like she never cleaned the mop and just spread the nastiness throughout the building, also it looks sketchy outside at night, sadly I couldn’t leave and had to stay the days I paid for, but I will never return to this place, horrible, there is a couch in the room and it’s gross, looks like someone died on it, I do not recommend this place.
