Hotel is very nice and grounds well kept. Rooms are nice, but we had to ask the front desk 3 times to have the tea and sugar etc replaced daily. Then only 1 packet would be replaced despite us being 2 to the room. First day, bed was barely made and floors were not swept or vacuumed. Also, only 1 waste bin in a room with separate bathroom and shower rooms and 2 sinks and a coffee/microwavebar. Despite that front desk staff were wonderful.

The location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar was convenient and bartender was a lot of fun! The $20 “pending” charge for incidentals got charge to my card 3 times. It did not actually go through, but it still says pending and will remain for 60 days or until the property removes it. It is just annoying.

Front desk person was nice but I had to switch rooms because of ants. But then even the second room had a few. Definitely need better pest control. Also not the best “exercise room”. Just nothing in it, it could be updated but it’s extremely small.

Good location. Couldn't find someone at the desk anytime had a question or needed help. No pool towels available, house keeping took used towels but didn't give back the same amount taken, roll out mattress looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Bed was comfy and place seemed to be pretty well kept given there was a lot of kids running around minus what was mentioned above
