Moxy Houston Downtown

Quick check in Free drink Cold AC Cons Train noise all night Parking could have been explain3d better Bed was hard

The hotel was very central to everything in downtown. The valet was expensive on the website it said $40 but when we got there they charged almost $60 per day. The rooms were clean and check in was simple and easy.

Everything was good

Great location! Very Clean and super friendly staff.

Great experience for our family. Great location to access everything downtown. Easy walk to the Music Hall, and a quick train ride to the soccer game.

The staff was amazing, especially Shakira at the front desk. She was very kind and helpful with my bookings and made my stay wonderful. My only comment is that the rooms aren’t very soundproof, so you can hear noise from next door and outside. Overall, I had a good stay.

No refrigerator in the room, no ice machine, no pool no gym

I normally always stay at a Moxy but this one was nothing like the others one I have stayed at. I was disappointed about this experience. No space to put personal items, no refrigerator, no water, no ice. Have to pay for everything. Parking was inside a garage walking distance so that was okay

Ac works great for Houstons heat, great clean comfortable rooma

Great stay! Only thing is you are sandwiched in between two clubs right on the downtown strip. You will have to sleep with earplugs, but is very convenient to find something to do!

Room was clean and updated. Staff was very nice and helpful. We were a little worried about the noise from surrounding bars as other reviews had mentioned but we barely heard it from the top floor. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

The parking is a major issue to me. It’s around the corner and you have to pay for parking. I believe they need to come up with a solution to that.

The location was great! Very close to everything. Staff was great and hotel was very nice.

Super cute overall vibe, and close to everything downtown

I loved it here will be back !

Very good

It’s not a place to go for luxury but a nice crash pad for a night on the town, or event you are attending. I stayed one night only. I like the convenience and the cute, modern decor.

The hotel and staff are great. The clientele is the problem. Very obnoxious, loud, and rude behavior in the bar/lobby area. Saw people walking in, then walking back out changing their minds and not wanting to go near the bar area.

Awesome

Great staff
