Great deal at $32 a night. Place was clean, no complaints there. Bed was comfortable. It was my first time staying in Texas, and it was darn stuffy in that room. Very uncommon feeling to me for a hotel. The staff was of very few words. I asked about a charger and he told me to go walk down the street and 'round the corner to Kroger. FYI, there are a lot of homeless folks in the area.

The best place to stay,

My second time going, was very peaceful

The beds are rather comfortable and rooms are fairly quiet and nicely set up with lots of storage room Shower was quite dirty and there are no sidewalks to browse the area. Also, complimentary breakfast is a lie depending on whos working. for 3 days i got a free muffin but on my last day the ladz told me its 7$ for anything on the breakfast table?? was very confused since i had gotten a muffin every morning without charge.

Very new, very clean, nice staff, well maintained One of the elevators was not functioning, it was a big inconvenience. Also, there were so many trucks in the parking lot, it was difficult to get parking.

Poor service and several problems during my stay. My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing for the following reasons: 1. Unpleasant smell in the rooms: I stayed in three different rooms, and two of them had a noticeable unpleasant odor. 2. Very weak shower pressure: I requested room changes because of this issue, but all three rooms had the same problem—the shower water pressure was extremely low. 3. Multiple $100 deposits: Every time I was moved to another room because of the shower issue, I was charged another $100 deposit. These deposits were not released immediately and took up to three business days to be returned. 4. Numerous additional charges: In addition to the regular sales tax, my final bill included a 6% City Tax, 7% Harris County tax, 2% Houston Sports Authority tax, and a 2% Hotel Service Fee. These additional charges were not clearly reflected when booking, making the final cost considerably higher than expected. 5. Noise from trucks: There is significant noise from trucks and heavy vehicles parked or operating behind and alongside the hotel. The front desk service was also not efficient enough in resolving these issues. Poor service and several problems during my stay.
