Stayed here purely out of convenience based on the location of friends we were visiting. While there are "nicer" hotels with more amenities downtown, this Hilton was great for us. Rooms were clean and spacious (stayed in the mini-suite). Water pressure and temp were great. The "convenience store" is well stocked with snacks and drinks. There is a small pool that, while we did not use, looked clean and nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. When visiting our friends in Houston would definitely stay again!

Would not let me check in because I lost my drivers license. Drove down the street and Marriott was more than happy to help me and I stayed there. Hilton did not refund the booking. GM refused to even talk on the phone but gave me his email.

The continental breakfast should be included, it honestly was just some bread and fruit and not worth an additional $10 per person. There were no hot items other than the bread you’re toasting yourself or oatmeal. No waffles, no eggs no breakfast meat.

Clean room , staff was polite , breakfast was misleading we paid extra money for free breakfast but that did not include hot meals our meals were 14.00$ each

Beds made my back hurts, small bathroom, hot water not hot and wait and wait. Shower door open out , always water run off from door to floor and wet the small area. Breakfast for $10 with not much to choose from
