My bed was comfortable, the location was great, smeeled great, clean and safe feeling. Breakfast was convenient and staff was very helpful.

Convenient near I-10. Noise and lights from I-10 freeway. Staffs were lethargic and ill-trained. Front desk didn't hand out breakfast vouchers during check-in. Upon further inquiry, staffs only issued voucher for one person even though we are a party of three. Staffs refused to honor the Booking.com reservation which indicated included breakfast for the entire party. They finally relented and gave us the vouchers after nearly half an hour of conversation.

When we got into our room the closet door would not open they came up right away and fixed it... Not 10 mins later the tv started to mess up would turn off and on could not get the channels to come up called front desk again came up right away after 45 mins of restarting and resetting we were told we had to move to another room... Our new room felt very musty was at the end of hall by exit door.. There were parts of the floor that had uneven dips .... But other than that we had an ok stay this time...

I stayed at several hotels in the last couple of years and I was impressed with this one. The staff was very inviting, professional, and helpful. The noise levels in the hallway and next to my room or minimal and I haven't slept this well in a long time while traveling. It was an overall good experience.

Building need to be maintained

The staff were so helpful and the rooms and lobby were aesthetic and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable.

The only thing I did not appreciate was the fact that the security guard was very rude to my wife.

Everything was great during our stay and the staff was really wonderful especially the folks at the restaurant and bar! The only reason we did not give five stars was that the room has a bit of a musty smell which I believe is caused by the AC being set at a higher temperature when no one is using the room. Once the room was cooled down. It was harder to smell it. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay when we are in the area again.
