Hotel was nice but cleaning staff failed to clean my room my entire stay. The housekeeper made up a lie saying I had the do not disturb sign on. I had to request towels and washcloths daily.

The lady who checked me in was extremely helpful and pleasant. She had no help, several people in line waiting to check in, the phone was ringing off the hook, and during all of that she maintained her composure. I believe her name was Bri. Great job!!!

Its very close to the airport, simple check in and check out process, clean and comfortable For my it was perfect, one night in and out, doing a connection flight

Key wouldn’t work in first room. 2nd room was not clean. 3rd room was fine

Missed my flight to Toronto and needed to book a hotel quick.. it was about 10 mins from the airport. Staff were nice, the room was clean and the restaurant had great wings. If you miss your flight in Houston I would recommend this hotel
