The hot tub Smell

Property had bugs in the bathroom. I didn’t report the bugs, just killed them. Saw one big black one in the hallway when getting off the elevator. The management quickly took care of the spraying shower head. The ice machines were not working except on the first floor. The location was good for the reason we were there. When I booked on Expedia, it listed there was no parking fee, but at the end of our stay, we were charged $60. Now it states on Expedia that there is a parking fee. I would not stay here again.

If I could give it no stars, I would have. I didn't stay. The location was not very secure. Couldn't enter the parking lot for barricades for some event. (they should be in touch with the city and have those pushed back beyond entrance) $20 for parking to park around back with no back entrance. The room- horrible- dirty- smelled like mildew. I didn't stay. Fortunately, the staff didn't give me too much trouble regarding being unhappy with the situation and releasing the charges on my card and not charging me. This hotel needs major upgrades and better parking for the money.

Stayed for an event at the Toyota Center. Can’t beat the location. Friendly staff. Basic needs met. Nothing flashy. Would stay again.

The biggest issue was the breakfast. I paid almost $300 total for my stay (1 night), and I was charged $80 for breakfast for three people. However, they only provided two breakfast vouchers, so I had to pay for the additional breakfast myself. The breakfast is advertised at around $11.99, plus about $4 for a beverage, so I really don’t understand how I was charged $80 for three people. The breakfast was also very limited and disappointing for the price. I expected much better, especially considering the amount I paid. I would appreciate an explanation for the $80 breakfast charge. It’s not about money, the problem is when you’re expecting something better than you’re offering.

Location. My first shower didn't work. I asked for it to be looked at and that didn't happen. AC leaked onto carpet.

Convenient location, was next to Toyota center. So that was a plus Room smelled A/C didn’t work to well, they put us in another room but that room smelled worse, lock on door was rusty and seemed like it could be broken very easily. Then then that it was okay

Nice Hotel in downtown Houston, we were able to walk to Daikin Park in about 10 minutes. Safe quiet area and rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent and helped us find a forgotten passport. Thank You !

Room was clean and had all the small appliances we needed and walk in shower was nice. Hallway to the elevator was hot and humid, but our room was nice and cold.

It was a good hotel just needs cleaning and updated.

The only comfortable part of the hotel was the room as the hallways and gym were hot with no airflow. Room itself was comfortable but you can clearly see any repairs where not done by a reputable company or handyman. Location is also located next to a night club so you can hear the music bass pretty well. Location was great though as it was only a few minute walk to the stadium. All in all would not stay here again.
