The property was in great shape. Room servicing was not every day. My room was provided clean towels the first day (Saturday) but the bed was not made, Sunday i had to go to the front desk to request clean towels for the night

The staff were all friendly The rooms were clean and the coffee was excellent. No doubt the breakfast was just as good. I recommend staying here if coming to this area for business.

Nothing! I was afraid I would be sick after staying there. I was not comfortable. It was dirty, the first room they put us in smelled like mildew and it had no lights on when I got in the room. When going to the desk I asked to change rooms and told her it smelled like mildew. She said they all probably smell that way. I went to inspect another room. It don’t smell but it was so dirty. I didn’t let my dog even touch the floor.. when leaving I was trying to call for the lady to get her attention. She had headphones in both ears and she could not hear me. That is dangerous. She was not aware I was there.

Loved the remodel, the bed was comfy and everyone was nice. The look of black mold near the ceiling of our room, and the drawers were messed up they didn't stay closed. Switches to no lights. It's dark in places.

The room was dirty and the entire floor smelled of people smoking. There was mold in the shower, the walls had been patched and it painted. The elevator was extremely hot. Would not recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness, kind, reasonable prices
-
shower head barely worked and shower curtain rod curved downward causing the curtain to open on either side. Sticky substance on the nightstand and desk area. First time at a LA Quinta and I had buyer's remorse.
-
Room was disgusting. There was black mold everywhere. The smoke detector was hanging on by a thread. The shower curtain had what appeared to be blood stains on it and didnt stay in the shower. The vent fan in the bathroom was broken. Rust everywhere. The pull out bed also had what appeared to be blood stains on it.

Nothing smelt like cigarettes and pot

Dirty room. Bathroom floors not swept, hair on bed. Tub had mildew

Property was very humid when you walked into the lobby. The carpet throughout the hotel didn’t appear clean. It was dingy and even had bleach spots in certain areas of the facility. Sheets were not cleaned. Hair present. Stained sheets. But the front desk clerk was very nice.

Beds and desk clerk It was filthy and even the grounds outside were nasty

I staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Monday morning they had a storm and the power went out. We had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs with no lights in staircase. I called back and if they have a generator. The person at the front desk was not very friendly. He said they are not responsible for storms. He hung up abruptly.

The staff was very nice,we had to touch up the room with some extra cleaning, some personal items were not there in the room mainly soap, the bed was okay ,one side was very worned down, after the first night we could feel the effects of that, the breakfast was the same everyday, so it was okay, probably wouldn't stay there again
