Lodging: We rented what was listed as a townhouse. We did not get a townhouse. We got a very tiny condo. The carpet in the master bedroom and the couch in the living room were gross. So many mystery stains and hair. Not surfaces one feels comfy touching. The TV in the bedroom failed to load any app; it's just way too old. The TV in the living room would not stay connected to the internet. The screen door was broken - not attached to a track and declined to reattach. Upon check-in, we weren't told our room was behind a locked gate and not given a gate code so we kept circling wondering why we couldn't find the address provided. We were assigned a parking spot but the numbers were worn off so we had to guess which spot was ours. A shuttle driver didn't know where the arcade was and the guy in the put put hut didn't know where the cafe in the tower pool was. If you walk long enough, you figure things out though. Overall, I would visit the resort again but would not waste thousands of dollars on a 2-star "townhouse".

We had a great time at the hotel. The facility and staff were great.

I checked into this property for two nights, as a way to find a respite from the world. I checked in during the weekdays to avoid loud crowds. I was searching for peace and quiet and a personal retreat. Unfortunately, a couple with a loud, screeching, howling, child was placed next door to me on the second night. It howled and screeched until 11 pm and kept me awake. How irresponsible of the parents to allow their child to be so loud late at night. I did not quite find what I was looking for. I will continue on my quest for a property that offers peace and quiet and tranquility.

Property well maintained.

Overall the property is out of date. The restaurants were good though and obviously we were there to golf, so the location was killer.

We booked a wrong date by mistake, and called both the property and Expedia right away. There was no way to rebook it to three day in advance or get reimbursed. We lost $200. Thank you very much. Not.

Clean room, great service and good food

Everything was expensive. Lake pool closes at 7pm. Other pools kind of small. Would not let us bring outside drinks to pool but drinks were $10-20 each.

This was our second trip to the resort. We brought our 12 and 14 yr old kids and a friends with kids the same age. The pools are nice. The floating lake pool was our preferred hangout. We played putt putt at night. Would not recommend. There was no lighting and no glow in the dark, which made it almost impossible to see. Kind of pricey for playing blind! The teen deal that comes with pizza is a good deal. The kids played earlier than we did and had fun. It was a pretty quiet around the resort the weekend we went. They had a big countey concert the weekend before which was probably a lot busier. The insight restaurant was really good. Overall, we had fun and the kids could have easily entertained themselves for another day or two had we stayed longer than one night.

The resort and room were not as advertised. Unfortunately would not recommend to friends or family.

Rooms were clean. Friendly staff. I hear they have a nice golf course. I don't play golf, so I wouldn't personally know. However, I was there for a tennis tournament and they have both hard and clay courts. So that was a nice experience. The view I had from the room was not the best, that is to say I didn't really have a view because it was a roof of a building next to us. Other than I would stay here again.

Zero self parking. Outdated dirty rooms. Deadbolts that do not work. Unfriendly staff. Bug infestation in room. The clean towels were placed on the back of the toilet for guest. I mean - seriously???

We had three hotel rooms for a family gathering and the service was awful from the minute we arrived. One room that we got keys for was already occupied! The restaurants were terribly understaffed. Twice it took us 20 minutes before anyone even approached our table to take our order. For dinner we were told that all the tables in the dining room were reserved so we would have to sit outside in 95 degree weather. Yet every time someone from our party went inside to go to the restroom, they walked by several empty tables that stayed that way during our entire meal. I would give this place zero stars if I could!

Great workout facility and a good mix of adult and kid friendly activities.
