OUTRIGGER Reef Waikiki Beach Resort

The hotel was in the middle of everything. Right off the water. It is missing the traditional Hawaiian feel. The outrigger on Maui was much better

Amazing, intimate property. Great restaurant on property and near shopping, Waikiki Beach, etc. Very accommodating and allowed pets. I would definitely recommend.

We were offered an upgrade for a fee. We accepted it and were ocean front, well worth it! Nothing comes to mind

We stay at this property, usually about one Week a year. Over the last five years they have consistently. Taken away amenities. The lotion that they give you for your room. No longer Has a pleasant Coconut smell to it. They've changed the Lotion to a much Less expensive lotion. They have stopped doing daily maid service For your room. The most they will come to your room is every other day or every 3rd day. We just stayed for a full week. And received maid service one time. The Monkey Pod restaurant Will not give you honey For your tea or coffee They will put hot water in a little bit of honey So it's more like honey water and not honey. If they keep eliminating. Amenities. There won't be Many reasons to stay here. It has always been a lovely Well run resort? But every time we go there. We get closer to not going there any longer. There is also. Strangely enough, no happy hour,at the bar at the pool. So if you are looking for a happy hour, You need to leave the property entirely. This may be the only hotel I'm familiar with in Hawaii that no longer has happy hour.

Location, pool area, pool cafe, beds are comfortable, the gym!!! Best gym I’ve used in a hotel It’s expensive, and being waterfront you would expect access to sun lounges on the beach, but no there are some close by but again, very expensive

Only issue was our bed was way too soft and felt very “used”. Should be replaced.

Staff was very helpful and bell boys were top notch. Food seemed over priced for what it was and the quantity received. The food was good though just pricey even for Hawaii.

Wonderful facility! Clean and classy. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Cuisine was fabulous. We will be back!

Hotel is directly on the beach and close to restaurants, shopping and other amenities. Great location and great staff!

I likes the fact that I could walk straight on to the beach from the property. My bedding was dirty when we checked in so we had to postpone our plans to wait for a staff member to come change our bedding. The furniture was dated and the room smelled. The size of the room was small. We paid for an ocean view and we could only see it partially because it was blocked by the building next to us. Lastly, even though we were inconvenienced and had to postpone our plans to get our bedding changed in a room that we just checked in to, we were denied a late check out. So the same courtesy we extended to you all was not extended to us.

We love the hotel location right on the beach, the staff were bery nice and helpful, room was clean, we loved also that the hotel was near and walking distance to everything like the mall, restaurants, shopping, parks and church.

Staff at check in didn't seem competent and check in took long. Room cleaning staff went above and beyond and made the stay pleasant.
