Loved my stay here, great location and staff are very friendly and helpful

The staff at the Oasis Hotel were very friendly, and although I arrived in the morning due to my flight schedule, I was lucky enough to check in right away. The location was great, and although the room and bathroom were old, they were spacious, which I appreciated. The price isn’t exactly cheap, but compared to the crazy rates of 4–5 star hotels, I think this hotel is doing its best to offer a more reasonable option. Overall, I would still recommend it. The pool was small and quite old. On the first day, a large group of elderly Chinese guests occupied the entire breakfast area, so I couldn’t find a seat. The air conditioner in my room was extremely loud, and the temperature couldn’t be adjusted. Both the in‑room tea and the tea served at breakfast were Chinese Keemun black tea, which I found very unpleasant — they should really offer a standard English Breakfast tea instead.

Our first day in Oahu was off to a rocky start when things were not going right with our original hotel. Needless to say while things needed a day to get sorted out, I quickly booked this hotel for two nights. When we got to the hotel Aliyah was very helpful from the moment we arrived. Since we booked through Expedia she thought she hadn’t received the confirmation on her side just yet so we had to wait. Come to find out when I quickly(and panicked) booked the hotel I put the wrong dates! I was on the verge of tears because our anniversary/babymoon trip was off to such a rough start. Thankfully she was able to just change the dates on her side and I would have to notify Expedia of the change. After that we got all checked in and even told us if we only needed the one night we could get refunded for the second night. Aliyah also went ahead and called Expedia for us to notify the change and we just had to confirm. Thankfully things with our original plan was figured out and we checked out early but I cannot thank the Oasis staff enough and especially Aliyah F. for being so kinda and helpful during a stressful time.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is located close to the main Waikiki area, with everything you need within walking distance. The rooms are small but cozy and comfortable. Housekeeping is provided every three days, but you can request an earlier cleaning if needed. We really appreciated that the hotel provides beach towels and chairs, which made going to the beach much more convenient. The hotel also has its own parking area. You pay for parking per day, and the staff takes care of parking your car. Whenever you need your car, they have it ready for you, which was very convenient. Breakfast is also available at the hotel, which is another nice convenience. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone is always smiling, saying hello, checking if everything is okay, and making sure you are having a good stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Waikiki and would happily recommend this hotel to others! -

breakfast included, valet helpful

All staff were so welcoming and attentive. Rooms were spacious and clean. Everything is within walking distance and the amenities are fabulous. Front desk staff is more than accommodating at all hours. I cant wait to stay again.

Location is good, with Waikiki sites of interest within walking distance. Site has onsite parking (though it is fairly expensive, you can also park in the lot directly behind hotel for overnight parking). Note, there is also a hotel fee that can be added, not always captured by Expedia. Value is still competitive considering the location.

The room is clean and big. It is close to the shopping mall and the beach. We had a good time there.

Breakfast was not the best but staff was amazing. Staff was very helpful and provided map with personal recommendations that we tired and were good. I would definitely return.

Great hotel, we hardly stuck around but the time that we stayed the staff was always really friendly. Location is great
-
Convenient to Waikiki area. Friendly staff and valet great added bonus. Breakfast could use a few more choices of fresh fruit not just one.
-
Está muy bien ubicado el hotel, el personal súper amable y la habitación confortable y limpia

Our room had a small kitchen, so it would be handy if you were going to stay for a period of time and not want to eat out every meal. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Both the room and property where very nice and well kept. The staff is super helpful and their rates are pretty affordable. If you book with them you will have to pay for parking ~$45 a day for valet, so factor that in before you book. Other than that the area around the place is a little sketchy but once you get about a block towards Waikiki beach it gets much better. The hotel itself is great though and it is definitely worth it especially if you are trying to book a budget trip.

I was not aware valet parking was required when I booked. Breakfast was not very good. Very basic! Toast , apples and yogurt. The pastries were not very fresh.

The hotel is a older hotel but is clean & well kept. The staff, property, and amenities are amazing. Typical breakfast layout…. Nothing to bank on. Excellent location. Blocks from the beach, restaurants, and international markets. I’d definitely stay there again
