The hotel and room were nice but the area around the hotel was questionable at night. It’s in downtown so things are walkable but I would just be cautious walking at night.

We always stay at the Hyatt centric when we visit Oahu because of its location. It is very central to restaurants and shops and the beach. Room and bathroom are spacious, but they need a little updating especially the carpet. There pool is shallow and always quite windy there. We always go to the beach instead. Overall, we love staying at the Centric. We take our family and now the grandkids too!

We were very happy with our stay! The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and most importantly the hotel was very clean. We will definitely be coming back again 10/10 stay!

It was extremely disappointing to have to pay an extra $180 just to be able to get some sleep when we had already paid $2500 for 2 "Deluxe" rooms, there was nothing deluxe about them.

Great location! Amazing rooms! Really nice staff! The pool area is really pretty, but the pool is only 14 inches deep vice one you can swim in. This did not bother me, but some of my party wanted to swim! Really great eating and shopping on the door step. There is also no bar in the hotel if you wanted to have a drink! Overall a great experience!
