Great option for your Waikki Beach vacation !!!
-
The lobby of the hotel is spacious, but there is no air flow at all, no fans going. We ate dinner one night at the lobby restaurant, no flavor, no flair or any kind in the food. It did not taste good at all, usually tourists eat at the hotel more for convenience, but in my travels I have had lots of good food experiences at the hotels I have stayed at. Cant say I recommend this hotel’s food… Over all I give this hotel 3 out of 5, it definitely has room for improvement. The rooms definitely need at least upgrade for usb charging plugs, we are in 2026!!!

The staff were truly wonderful people and provided exceptional hospitality.
-
Great views of beach. Property is in walking distance of beach, dinning, and shopping. Close to Diamond Head. Valet parking fast and easy to use.
-
The staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. My only complaint is having to pay $60 per night to park your vehicle. The hotel does not have self parking and you are practically cornered to paying the valet parking. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location Friendly staff

Not very economical.....do more research.Do not recommend.

The property is very close to the beach and walkable to different areas, another plus is the buss and trolley stop is so close if you needed. We spend 7 beautiful days, very recommend hotel.

The view towards the sea was excellent; as luck would have it, fireworks were set off, and it was wonderful to be able to watch them right in front of us. The pool depth was just right—it was great. I was staying in a room on the 35th floor, but a large number of insects appeared from the bathroom floor. I contacted the front desk and was given a different room; the service I received was excellent.

This Hotel is not at the Beach and is named as a ploy to get you to stay here.

Front desk guest treatment by Guest Service Manager , Michele Nahale was unfortunately inappropriate negatively impacting my experience before it even began!

Beautiful hotel, very clean. Perfect views

Would've given 5 stars as it is overall a nice hotel. But the Hotel charges $60 per night for valet parking. There is no self-parking. I figured that that's fine since outside parking is impossible to find. But they should have an option for self-parking. Give the customers a choice. Then when I checked out, I found that the hotel was charging me $45 per night for so called "hotel fees." Which I thought was ridiculous. First of all, I thought whatever Expedia advertised is that price I pay. Second, they should've mentioned that when I checked in not when I checked out while trying to rush to the airport. So pretty had to pay an extra $500 for a 4 night stay.

Very clean, room needed a better bed

The room was very nice and clean . I loved the ocean view and how close the stores and restaurants were . Walking distance . Air conditioning is needed in the elevators , and the price for parking needs to be lowered , or have limited free parking . For people who are staying over 4 night and have to pay $60 a day for parking it’s way to much . Or u can offer a discount for honor members .

Passable

The rooms were nice but very small The breakfast buffet was horrifying. There was nothing there, and what was there should be tested for bio hazard.
