we weren’t advised of outrageous valet prices and we had to ask several times for the car to be charged and it wasn’t done! there was blood on our bedding sheets and no remote access for 2 days! was offered 2 days off of parking but even when trying to leave for airport we had to go pay for parking across the street and pay for charging station. was one of the worse stays at the hilton.

The rooms are clean, air conditioning is excellent. The cleaning staff are great, they maintained the cleanliness in the room and waiting area. About the registration area there’s 2 staff there somewhat older, they need to improve their customer service skills. I hope they change their attitude towards the costumers.

Very attentive and helpful staff. Check-in was very easy. The facilities include a good restaurant and bar and a good general store! This is downtown Waikīkī. It is a very busy neighborhood. It’s part of being near the beach and and a multitude of nearby stores of all kinds.

Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki is in the perfect location - international marketplace is right across the street and beach is a short walk away; the staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms have microwave and tea kettle. There is a laundry facility but the washers are a little tricky to start. Over all 4.75/5

Super clean and all the stuff are friendly

Not what we booked this was for my anniversary I was really kind of disappointed with the layout. My sister room was a nice pretty layout. Anyways I will select another place when I visit again.
