I visit Hoffman Estates frequently due to son/wife/grandkids living in the area and I am a pretty faithful customer to Marriott. However their price was ridiculous for one night so I chose Holiday inn express. Staff was so nice, cheerful, available and my room was huge, clean and very modern. This will definitely be my new go to when visiting the area.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, and no issues with parking. It was a 6 minute walk, from the concert we went to last night as well, which was nice. All and all, was very pleased.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is kind of hidden. More signs to direct you to it's location would be helpful.
