Breakfast was very mediocre.

Due to construction around the building access was difficult. We were not told the building was struck by lightning couple days prior and the elevators and other things were not in operation. We had maintenance replace a light bulb in the sconce next our bed, he entered without knocking on our door.

The biggest disappointment was the lack of available amenities. The elevator was out of service, the pool was closed, and the jacuzzi was also closed for the entirety of my stay. These are amenities that attract many guests to choose this hotel, and I saw no change in their status during the week I was there. It would have been helpful if the hotel had communicated these closures before check-in or provided updates during the stay. Breakfast was another area that fell short. I understand that the hotel offers a continental breakfast, but the food was often cold, and several condiments and basic items were not stocked each morning. Something as simple as having all breakfast items available and at the proper temperature would have greatly improved the experience. The room itself was reasonably clean, but not exceptionally so. It felt like it could benefit from a deeper cleaning and some general attention to detail. The office chair in the room was especially worn and outdated, which made working from the room less comfortable than expected. Overall, the hotel appears to be in need of some upgrades and better communication with guests.

Mornings 2 and 3 were excellent. Breakfast was great. The hot breakfast buffet was completely empty when we arrived for Sun am breakfast. It took 20 min before more food was available

I loved everything about it. I slept so good it was perfect this is the only place I will stay I had to leave!

The rooms, we stayed in a 1BR suite and was amazing, very clean. Breakfast was great as well.

room was so hot, only the fan in room. I mentioned it to desk as we left to get a bite to eat. She did nothing. Had to finally go to HOme Depot and buy a fan. elevator was also on the blink
