Home2 Suites by Hilton Portland Hillsboro

Exceptional

The room is spacious staff is helpful parking is easy breakfast is okish. But the bed and pillow are too soft for me.

Attentive and the breakfast bar staff always made sure it was fully stocked.

Always clean, good staff, location is also good for our business purposes, will be back soon

We booked this location because...

Any issue that came up was resolved right away. Breakfast was great, big parking lot, rooms were large and clean. Staff was very helpful!

Superb

Lovely place, staff is wonderful and helpful. Everyone greeted us with smiles and that is a huge plus for me :) breakfast was great as well, spacious pool for the kiddos and the gym was fantastic.

Good experience

Nice large room, open space made it feel not closed in. Having extra towels and a bathtub was great for the little ones. Plenty of cabinet space, full size fridge, and a dishwasher was wonderful. I would stay here again with my kids in a heartbeat. The beds are hard and the blankets were not soft. The sofa bed was softer than the queen beds. Could have used some kind of folding chairs for the pull out table for us to sit around and eat together.

Breakfast was great

I would encourage you to provide a space for cup wrappers and empty batter cups. What else would do with used wrappers or disposable cups? You should buy some forks. You have 600 spoons and 200 knives but only 3 forks.

Very clean and easy sleeping.

I dont usually post review, but this hotel was PERFECT for family with kids. Highly recommend!

Everything was great, friendly staff, clean room, abundance of parking, and breakfast bar!

Overall a great facility, friendly staff, comfortable, great amenities. . However, when I checked in I was told there were two (2) reservations under my name and was told to call Bookings com to make the correction. I urged the AGM to help me, which he did and was able to reverse the booking. Sorry, but I'm not using Bookings.com again. I've told my circle of friends and family of my potentially EXPENSIVE stay

Very good

Staff were great! Room and pool were clean

This hotel was absolutely 100% perfect for my family of 5. The breakfast is perfect ! The rooms were very clean. The staff was so nice and had great customer service. The room AC was great we could warm it up during the day and have it cold at 64 during the night the way we like it. I would stay here again and again. Just a short ride to the Oregon Zoo and still tons of restaurants and shopping located nearby. I recommend checking the taco trucks out in the near by town Aloha.

Went to Oregon for a mini vacation, and decided to stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly and really nice. It’s clean, quiet and I like that they change their hot breakfast options everyday(not all but some). It’s also conveniently close to the stores. Will definitely stay here again when I go back to Oregon.
