The elevator door was very loud and squeaked when opening and closing

It was easy access and close to where the seminar was held. Room was good. Once the yapping dog quieted down it was very quiet. Good breakfast. we will probably come back next year

1st time ever I love the breakfast at a hotel.

This was a late reservation for me. Property was well maintained. But for me, the highlight was the continental breakfast. Good food, plenty of it, and lots of choices for beverages.

Loved the service and the aesthetic of my room! Not enough enthusiasm!!!

Variety, cost

We stayed at the Hampton Inn on Wednesday and Thursday, and unfortunately, yesterday my daughter developed several bites that are very concerning for bed bug bites — small red areas with a central point and appearing in clusters. We had no idea there could have been an issue during our stay, so now we are having to take precautions at home, including removing all of our clothing from our suitcases, laundering and drying everything, inspecting our luggage, and deep-cleaning because we are concerned that bed bugs may have been brought home with us. This is extremely stressful and upsetting, especially because we stayed at a hotel expecting the room and bedding to be clean and safe. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and thoroughly inspects and treats the room and surrounding rooms if necessary. I would also appreciate management contacting us regarding this situation. We otherwise expected a comfortable stay, but the possibility of bringing bed bugs home is a very serious concern and has completely changed our experience.

The facilities are well maintained It was well maintained

The staff was great especially the young lady who worked the midday/evening shift. The staff for breakfast were welcoming and not judgmental. The rooms were clean and so was the amenities. Only one elevator but overall my best experience was the staff.

We stayed for just one night because it was more convenient for us to pick up our rental car, but the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean, the staff was kind and respectful, and the breakfast was a great bonus, especially with the kids. It helped us start a wonderful journey to the coast. We would gladly stay here again.

Our room was comfortable and we liked the free breakfast. The location was also ideal, close to different types of restaurants. Laundry facilities were only available on the second floor even though the website said there were facilities on each floor. We didn't have towels when we checked into our room and had to request them.

Have the housekeeoing vacuum the carpet . Found food on the floor as seen in photo

We enjoyed our stay and should we return to the area this is our first choice for lodging.

Exceptional
