SpringHill Suites by Marriott Harrisburg Hershey

Clean, spacious room. Ample toiletries. Breakfast was the usual “ breakfast included.” Beds were comfortable. Stayed 4 nights with only 1 night being noisy above us.

Location Staff

Great place to stay! You will enjoy the service, food and amenities.

Breakfast was good and convenient

- Good stoppage location on our way to Washington from Toronto - Room was uncomfortable as A/C and Fridge were making too much noise.

Exceptional

Breakfast was marginal … but expected.

very good nothing

Pool was too small

Clean and well maintained. Quality of service was consistent with booking we did last year. Pool was too small

Poor

Thank you for creating a welcoming and quiet environment to rest after long travels!

Passable

A Good Place to stay.

Exceptional

Very spacious rooms and excellent attentive staff. Comfortable beds. However the property had a lot of wear and tear. Our ceiling in the bathroom was torn and the headboard was ripped up. And the fire pit was broken

My stay was ok. I made a reservation for 2 queen beds room. I asked for them to be 2 connecting rooms so my party can be together. The front desk was not able to accomodate us. They couldn't even put us on the same floor. We were a floor apart. We checked in the evening and the lady at the front desk mentioned that the hotel was fully booked. Why was there only one person at the fron desk if the hotel was full booked. When I checked in and asked for more towels I was told that I had to come back down to the lobby to pick up the towels as they didn't have the support they needed to bring them to my room. I came down for towels and to buy water and I had to wait more than 10 minutes as the one front desk lady was helping another guest. While I was waiting another business guest came to check in and had to wait even longer to be helped. In one room - the room was very hot and stuffy. The AC unit was not working and took a while for it to turn on. That room was missing a floor lamp and the phone didn't work. The second room was a little better temperature wise but the tissue box was empty. There was no soap or other ammenities at the sink. I am not sure that I would stay at this hotel again.

This is a loud hotel. You’ll hear the highway all night

The staff was extremely friendly Our room when we arrived still had the dirty linen bag in front of the door and we checked in two hours after we were scheduled to. The light switches in the bathroom sparked when you turned them on so I had to make sure my kids didn’t turn the lights on just to be safe. The lighting in the room itself was sub par over by the pull out couch there was little to no lighting.

Very good
