Very good

Stayed here twice and is my go to when I stay in Arundel

The staff were great suite was great The tub looked like it needdd another coat of paint didn’t really enjoy the breakfast

The hotel exceeded expectations. I didn’t know what to expect when I walked in and I must say it was a fantastic 5nights stay. Location was ideal. Right across from the mall. Love it!! The staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything looked updated and nice. Bed linen was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and had soo many options. I was blown away by how much was offered. I’ll definitely be staying again when I visit Baltimore again:) everything was 10/10

The room was very outdated with scrtched up and damaged furniture. It was not well maintained.

Pool not working Lots of units under construction

Walking to my room the hallways stunk- I don’t know but it made me think let’s are allowed - the room itself was decent, no bad odor but gross stains on the couch - the fold out couch was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced- literally had to curl up and lay sideways in between the bars they were so painful - if you’re in and out and only there to sleep it does the job.

Only thing that was not great was the water pressure in the shower, it was so slow

It was clean, friendly staff and the area was nice. It was near the main attractions and plenty of places to eat. Construction and the sound from the traffic on the interstate.

Location Room was very small for 3 people

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN.. THE ROOM WAS REALLY NICE... I ENJOYED THE POOL AS WELL... THE FOOD WAS AWESOME... I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE...

Great place! Clean rooms friendly staff

The condition and cleanliness of the room were not up to par, especially for the amount of money charged. There was mildew on the curtains, and overall, the room did not feel properly cleaned or maintained. The hotel advertises smoke-free rooms, but there was frequent smoking by staff outside the building. Although the smoking wasn’t taking place inside the rooms, the smell of smoke was still noticeable when entering the hotel. I will say that the dining area was very clean and well kept, and I give them credit for that. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations.

My stay was good didn't get any sleep because the people over top of me made si much noise

When we arrived in our room, the sheets felt damp due to the humidity in the air. Even after trying to adjust the AC unit, it was either too hot or too cold. I had booked a suite for my family, but there was only one bathroom for five people to share! The bathtub looked rusted, and the silicone around it was chipped and discolored. The shower rod was bent, which made it difficult for the shower curtain to stay in place. Additionally, the water for the shower wouldn’t heat up at all, and even the sink wouldn’t produce any hot water. The couch was uncomfortable, with large pieces of wood poking us in the back when we sat on it, and the accent chair looked dirty and dusty. It appeared that some guests were living at the hotel, as they frequently crowded the hallways and occupied the seating in the lobby. On the last night of our stay, the AC unit started making an obnoxious noise. When I checked it, the cool air would come out for several minutes and then stop. After arriving home, I was exhausted. I didn't get a single good night’s sleep throughout our entire stay.

The staff was very helpful and generous. The room was spacious and the property was clean. Will definitely stay again in future.
