Holiday Inn Express Baltimore-BWI Airport West by IHG

Staff was mostly nice, room was fine, but the way they do breakfast is wild. 30 minutes before the posted end of breakfast, 2 days in a row, they are running out of basic food, scrambled eggs. They start cleaning up and even taking garbage out right next to people eating. The first day, when I asked the woman, she said I should have been there between 830 and 9, if I wanted eggs, for a breakfast that is posted to go through 10am. She was closing the door on people at 958, they were very determined to be 100% shut down by 10am, with no regards. Will not be returning.

Good hotel for a quick overnight. Cleaning was mid, found a lot of hair and fake eyelashes in the bathroom and the mattress was well past needing to be replaced but the breakfast was good and the staff were nice.

The hotel lobby, halls, room and breakfast area were squeaky clean! Beds were comfortable, A/C worked well, breakfast was good. I especially like the fresh water infused with strawberries and lemons. Coffee was available day and night in the lobby. There is a nice, clean Denny's just a few steps from the hotel front door. Not having a coffee pot in the room. The front desk mgr was a little abrasive initially at check-in, but it all worked out. We had a problem with an electrical outlet. When I tried to plug something in it sparked and the electricity went out throughout our room. The repairman got the electric back on quickly and inspected the outlet. He was concerned that we were ok. We appreciated how quickly he addressed the issue and his concern for us personally.

The room was clean. You have to go downstairs to get extra towels or wash cloths, they will not bring it to you. The breakfast buffet was good enough to be included. Overall, good experience!

Absolutely great, comfortable stay for two nights. Helpful shuttle available to the nearby Live Casino. This is now our go to hotel when visiting the area!

The front desk staff and drivers were very nice.

Everyone, especially the airport shuttle, was extremely helpful and efficient. Hotel was very clean. They could use an upgrade to their towels and tissues.

Great location includes breakfast with a few eating places close by. Bonus to be able to catch the shuttle to and from bother the airport and Amtrak. Staff helpful, hotel clean and quiet. Would definitely stay at this option again.

Since this was our first stay at Holiday Inn Express Baltimore BWI, the employees were very kind and helpful when we entered the facility, directing us how to get to our room and directing us to good restaurants nearby. I can't think of anything that we didn't like.
