The location was good and quiet. The welcoming area was decorated nicely. The tub's coating was coming off so it looked gross - it looked like there were some "bandaids" in the restroom rather than complete fixes. I didn't feel like the price matched what was offered.

Even though I had a lot going on at the time. The staff helped with making things 10x easier and keeping everything organized. Everything was well put together.

Bed felt like sleeping on a board. Tub in the bathroom looks like it was painted and because the paint was peeling in big spots. Lights went out and hotel didn't have a generator. Hotel didn't give me a receipt when checking out was to get it from booking. Com

The Hispanic guy at the counter-forgot his name but he was every nice and empathetic.

The housekeeping staff was phenomenal. Super friendly & compassionate. I was there because my dad passed away & they were kind & empathetic. The electricity went out for 3-4 hours one night. The manager did not know what was going on. I’m surprised that the hotel didn’t have a generator.

The room was too humid and we had to put the ac to the lowest temperature to keep the humidity down. The rugs seemed wet because of the humidity.

Everything was very good except free breakfast. Also we had very weak water flow from the faucet though it was strong from the showerhead.

I had a very pleasant stay at Comfort Inns and Suites in Hampton near Coliseum. The staffs were friendly and professional. The hotel and the room were very clean, and the breakfast process good coffee and basic things for breakfast. Certainly a very good stay to consider again for the return.

Close to where I need to go Upon check in, there was an ozone contraption left in the room and on the machine it states there should be no occupants while the machine is in use. When it was questioned it was brushed off.
