It's been a while since I stayed in a hotel, and liked the body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion dispensers, rather than small plastic bottles, and small bars of soap. The carpet around the bed didn't seem as though it had been vacuumed after last guest(s). After showering & moving around, I had stuff (lint/dust, but nothing disgusting) sticking to my feet. Staff very helpful at check in. Had trouble with credit cards, for some stupid reason, and ultimately ended up using debit. Didn't like having to pay to park in the hotel lot behind the building, considering I was already a paying guest, and there were only a half dozen other vehicles there. Nothing to keep from not staying there again in the future though.

Our room was lovely...clean, with a beach view and terrace. The restaurant seemed a bit understaffed, as we were there after labor day.

Very pleased during our two day stay. Room was clean and had what we needed. Hotel provided beach chairs, towels and bicycles free of charge for guests. Breakfast restaurant was great. Didn’t use the dinner restaurant. Had an ocean front room, loved being able to see the sunrise and look out at the ocean. Parking was provided with no extra charge for an added bonus. Would stay here again.

It clean and modern enough. You can do better for the price . Also Valet doesn’t come in till 7am . So if have to leave before gat you are s.o.l. You have to use the valet you can not park your own car. But it’s a great location to the beach and the strip .

We had a great stay. We feel for the price we paid the property should have been better maintained. The toilets were very loud when you flushed and our room was beneath a event space and could hear loud banging from the furniture being moved around. But over all the balcony view of the beach and ocean was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was unbeatable.

The hotel was in a nice location, wonderful ocean views, very clean, great staff that was pleasant and friendly. Great bar with good service, friendly, and the food was good too! Rooftop bar was an added plus when it was open. Rain and wind kept it closed a couple of days during our stay. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Hampton!

Perfect location on boardwark, super kind staff, valet were great, restaurant/ bar fun, room furntiure, balcony shower, all perfect!! Highly recommend!!
