Tru By Hilton Hagerstown

I had a wonderful stay with the family for 3 days it was awesome and they were very accommodating for my infants and the receptionist TY was sooooo nice to the kids it was very worming

To be fair, I love Tru hotels and this one was built this year so of course it's going to be clean and well maintained. But the staff, as per usual, really go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and have everything you need. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice, there was an indoor pool that I wish I had known about ahead of time. I was flying solo so the gal that checked me in put me at the end of the hall on the top floor to keep it on the quiet side for me. These hotels are very kid friendly so they can get a bit noisy at times, something I don't mind at all. I love the tech influence throughout the hotel. I just can't say enough good things about this hotel!

Clean, New

This hotel was absolutely perfect for its price point. Obviously this is not a five star hotel, but for an affordable option for a work trip, it was spot on. Clean, safe, comfortable, had great amenities (gym, breakfast, hairdryer, ironing board, and toiletries) friendly staff, and was well maintained.

Loved the Tru concept!! Nice clean rooms. Nice little added touches for traveling, like plenty of hooks in the room, nice towels, and a small shelf in the bathroom. All of the staff were super friendly! Great customer service!

Good breakfast. Comfy bed.

Lobby is cozy. Breakfast was organized and neat.

It was very clean and comfortable bed and pillows Nothing

Room was very clean. Bed was especially comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Tru by Hilton in Hagerstown. Md. Would definitely stay with them again.

Great service at check in

Staff member let a family member into my room with hotel key. I did not like that at all.

Liked everything! I can't find any negative things about this hotel.

This hotel is excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean.A great stay and would recommend to anyone.

Perfect Nothing It couldn’t have been more perfect

Room was spacious but there wasn’t a microwave or a coffee maker. The refrigerator was the smallest we’ve seen in a room. The bed was also the smallest King Bed we’ve ever seen.

The rooms were nice. Everything was clean, breakfast was good. We ended up booking it again along with a few of my family members on the way back from our trip. Everyone was very satisfied!

Everything about it was good!

Hotel is very convenient right off the interstate. Front desk staff was so helpful in fixing registration snafu. Many restaurant choices in the area. Breakfast is meh, but free. Loved the shower water pressure. Bed was so comfy!

Rooms were small and didn’t come with a microwave there was only one and it was downstairs in the lobby and for the price, I would’ve liked to have a microwave

Great hotel. The big issue is you can hear everything between walls and above the ceiling.
